Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Domestic Orders: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Occasionally, Voltix may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
 

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Voltix is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Voltix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
